You Don't Have to Carry This Alone Anymore

You Don't Have to Carry This Alone Anymore

A monthly membership for women healing after pregnancy loss. Because pretending you're okay isn't working.

You're Exhausted From Pretending You're Okay

You're Exhausted From Pretending You're Okay

You thought by now, 3 months, 6 months, maybe even a year after your loss, you'd feel more like yourself again.

But instead, you're still crying in the car on the way to the supermarket. Still feeling that tightness in your chest when someone asks how you're doing. Still waking up with a heaviness you can't shake.

You've tried to "get back to normal." You've done therapy. You've journaled. You've read the books and listened to the podcasts.

And some of it helped. But something is still stuck.

You feel alone in your grief, even when you're surrounded by people who love you.

Your partner doesn't seem to understand the depth of your pain. Your friends don't know what to say anymore. And the online support groups? They're full of well-meaning people, but no one is actually giving you tools to heal.

Here's what I want you to know:

You're not broken. You're not "too sensitive" or "taking too long" to heal.

Your body is holding onto trauma that your mind can't think its way out of.

And that's why all the talking, journaling, and "trying to stay positive" hasn't been enough.

You need something deeper.

I Know, Because I've Been Exactly Where You Are

I Know, Because I've Been Exactly Where You Are

My name is Fleur, and after I lost my daughter Bubbalub, I spent months stuck in a grief loop I couldn't break free from.

(We called her Bubbalub because we thought she was a boy and didn't have any girl names ready. That name still holds so much love.)

I tried so hard to keep everything normal. Coffee. Breakfast. Head to work. Keep my head down but look like I had it together.

But then I'd go for a walk, or sit still for a moment, or drive to the supermarket... and the grief would ambush me. I'd just start weeping in the car. Tears streaming down my face at a red light.

My stomach hurt constantly. Every time I thought about her, I felt physically sick.

And the worst part? I had tools.

I'd done so much mindset work. I had therapy. I journaled. I knew all the "right" things to do.

But months went by and I was still in the same dark place. The shame, the guilt, the anger at myself for still feeling this way.

My relationship with my partner felt good on the surface, but I felt distant. Like he didn't really feel my pain. I was still alone in it.

Here's what I didn't understand then:

All that mindset work, all that talk therapy—it was surface level. It just led to more talk therapy.

I wasn't healing. I was just talking about not healing.

Everything Changed When I Went Deeper

Everything Changed When I Went Deeper

One day I woke up and said: I can't keep doing this. For me, for us, for our future, something needs to change.

So I reached out for help. Real help. The kind that goes beyond journaling and talking.

I did NLP work. I learned about the nervous system and how trauma lives in the body. I used Emotional Change Technique to rewire the beliefs and emotions I was holding. I learned how to quickly change my state and change it permanently.

For the first time in months, I felt like I could breathe again.

The weight started to lift. I stopped breaking down in random moments. I felt more connected to my partner. I started to see beauty in life again.

And eventually, I got pregnant with my son Oakley.

And instead of being anxious and terrified the whole pregnancy, I was able to be present. Peaceful. Grateful.

Not because I "got over" Bubbalub but because I learned to integrate her into my life.

I honored her soul. I transformed my pain. And I reclaimed my joy.

There Is No "Getting Back to Normal." And That's Okay.

There Is No "Getting Back to Normal." And That's Okay.

Here's what I finally realised:

You can't move forward from losing your baby.

You can't just "get over it" and return to who you were before.

Because you're not the same person anymore. That loss changed you. It lives in your body. It's woven into your story now.

And the real work isn't about erasing it or getting past it.

The real work is learning to live with it.

Not in grief but with grief. Integrated. Part of you, but not all of you.

That's what I had to learn. And that's what I now help women do inside Held & Healing.

Introducing Held & Healing

Introducing Held & Healing

A monthly membership community where you can finally stop pretending and start healing.

Held & Healing is a safe, private space where you can be fully seen, fully heard, and fully held without judgment, without toxic positivity, without being told you "can't say that here."

But it's not just a support group where everyone shares their pain and nothing shifts.

It's a healing container.

Inside Held & Healing, you'll get the tools, support, and community you need to:

Understand what's happening in your body and nervous system (so the heaviness, the freeze, the anxiety finally make sense)

Learn somatic practices to help your body release what it's been holding

Build awareness about the patterns, beliefs, and stories keeping you stuck

Feel held, seen, and understood by women who truly get it

Honor your baby's soul while reclaiming your own life and joy

This is where you stop carrying it alone.

Here's What You Get as a Member

Weekly Videos

Every week, I release a short video with a tool, meditation, visualisation, or teaching to help you understand yourself and your grief more deeply. Sometimes I'll share a story. Sometimes I'll answer questions from the community that need a longer, more in-depth response. These videos help you build awareness about what's happening in your body, your nervous system, and your energy, so you can start to shift it.

Bi-Weekly Live Calls (30 minutes)

Twice a month, we gather for intimate live calls where you can ask questions, share what you're going through, and be supported exactly where you are. These calls are real, raw, and deeply healing. You're not alone anymore. (And if you can't make it live, they're recorded.)

Resource Library

You'll have access to a growing library of meditations, hypnosis audios, visualisations, journal prompts, and somatic practices. Whenever you need support—whether you're at work, at home, or lying awake at 2am, you'll have tools you can reach for.

Private Community

This is a safe, private space on Skool where you can share your story, ask questions, and be truly seen without judgment. There are no trigger warnings here because we're not avoiding pain, we're working with it. We're transforming it. This is a place where you can speak your truth and know you'll be held.

When you join, you'll receive a welcome email and a "start here" video to guide you into the community. You'll introduce yourself, and depending on when you join, you'll be invited to the next live call.

What Women Are Saying

Emily came to me after multiple miscarriages, feeling anxious, lonely, angry, and not good enough.

After just 4 weeks, she wrote:

"I'm only four weeks into my coaching with Fleur and it's already surpassed my expectations. I was open to trying something new and desperately needed the support to move forwards in my life, but I did not anticipate how much my mindset would have changed and how much I would have overcome by this point, I feel freer already so can't wait for who I'll be and how much more me I will be by the end of the 12 weeks."

Emily now has a beautiful baby girl.

Jen had worked through many layers of her pregnancy losses, but some things were still stuffed away.

She shared:

"I gained a new sense of healing and awareness after working with Fleur around my pregnancy losses. Previously, I had worked through many layers and somethings were still left stuffed away and through her coaching, I felt so seen and heard to visit those pieces and heal them. I gained a lot of peace and clarity around my losses and the support of her and the other women in the space with me was truly magical. Her guidance led me back home to my true alignment in myself and that self love piece deepened."

Erin said:

"While Fleur has said 'there is no moving forward, just integrating it (our loss) into your life,' she has created a course that helps you process and understand your emotions. She gives you strategies to use and ideas to integrate into your daily life. When I go to her with my thoughts, she always has something to say that is helpful. I'm so lucky to have been able to participate in this course and meet Fleur from across the world!"

I know how to help you rewire the beliefs and emotions keeping you stuck.

But more than my credentials, I've walked this path myself.

I know what it's like to cry in the car. To feel alone even when surrounded by people who love you. To try all the "right" things and still feel stuck.

And I know what it takes to heal. To integrate. To reclaim your joy while honoring your baby's soul.

That's what I bring to Held & Healing: lived experience + professional expertise.

Here's What Can Shift When You Join

When you show up consistently in Held & Healing, watching the videos, using the tools, connecting with the community, here's what's possible:

Things will start to make sense. You'll understand why you feel the way you feel, why your body responds the way it does, and what's been keeping you stuck.

You won't feel alone anymore. You'll feel understood. Held. Seen by women who truly get it.

You'll start living each day with more positivity —not toxic positivity that bypasses your pain, but real hope that comes from doing the work.

You'll stop breaking down in random moments. You'll have tools you can use at work, at home, around your kids—tools that help you regulate your emotions and shift your state in real time.

You'll have a group where you feel safe. Where you can say what you're really feeling without being shut down or judged.

You'll know what tools to reach for when you need them. You won't feel lost anymore.

You'll feel a sense of peace. You'll sleep better. You'll handle your emotions with more ease. And you'll feel more connected to your partner.

This depends on where you are in your journey and how raw your loss is. But whether you're 3 months out or 3 years out, Held & Healing will meet you where you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I can't make the live calls?

A: That's totally okay! The calls are recorded, so you can watch them whenever works for you. And honestly, most of the healing happens through the weekly videos, the resource library, and the community support. The live calls are a bonus, not a requirement.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: Yes. There's no long-term commitment. You can cancel your membership anytime.

Q: Is this therapy?

A: No. Held & Healing is a coaching and community container, not therapy. I'm a professionally trained coach, not a therapist. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional.

Q: Is this religious or spiritual?

A: I do work from a spiritual perspective—I believe babies are souls, and I incorporate energy work and spiritual concepts into my teachings. But you don't have to share my exact beliefs to benefit from Held & Healing. I meet each woman where she is.

Q: What if I'm not ready to share my story with others?

A: You don't have to share anything until you're ready. You can join, watch the videos, use the resources, and just observe the community. There's no pressure to speak up or show up in any particular way.

Q: Why are there no trigger warnings in the community?

A: Because triggers are actually a really important part of healing. They show you where you're still struggling and that's what we work on. We're not here to hide from the pain. We're here to work with it, transform it, and learn from it. This is a place where you can speak your truth without being told you can't write that here.

Q: What if I join and it doesn't work for me?

A: Held & Healing isn't magic. It won't "fix" you in 30 days. But what it will do is give you a place where you're not alone anymore, tools that actually work with your body (not just your mind), awareness about what's keeping you stuck, and support from someone who has been exactly where you are. That's where transformation begins. And if it's not the right fit, you can cancel anytime.

Q: How is this different from a Facebook support group?

A: Facebook groups are great for hearing that others are thinking of you and reading other people's stories. But they don't actually shift how you feel. They don't work through the emotions. They don't give you tools and practices you can use each day to help you heal. Held & Healing does.

Q: How is this different from therapy?

A: Therapy often keeps you talking about the same things week after week without anything shifting in your body. Held & Healing focuses on somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and energy work, tools that help your body release what it's been holding. Plus, it's a fraction of the cost of weekly therapy sessions.

Q: What if my partner doesn't understand why I need this?

A: You can share with them that this is an investment in your healing and in your relationship. When you feel more regulated, more peaceful, and more connected to yourself, that naturally improves your connection with your partner too. This isn't just about healing from your loss—it's about reclaiming your life.

You Don't Have to Carry This Alone Anymore

For months (maybe longer), you've been trying to hold it together. Trying to be strong. Trying to "get back to normal."

But you're exhausted. And you're still stuck.

Here's what I want you to know:

You don't have to wait until you feel "ready" to start healing.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you ask for help.

You just have to take the first step.

Held & Healing is that first step.

A place where you can finally stop pretending. Where you can be fully seen, fully heard, and fully held.

Where you can learn the tools that actually work., not just talk therapy, not just journaling, but real somatic practices that help your body release what it's been holding.

Where you can honor your baby's soul while also reclaiming your own joy.

The door is open. I'm here. And I'm ready to hold you.

When you join, you'll receive a welcome email with all the details, a "start here" video, and an invitation to introduce yourself in the community.
